What’s the process for guests to connect to Wi-Fi?
We provide free Wi-Fi for all current guests. The password is available at reception.
How often is housekeeping provided during a guest’s stay?
Our housekeeping team services rooms daily between 10 AM and 3 PM.
Can guests opt out of housekeeping services?
If you prefer not to have housekeeping service, simply display the “Do Not Disturb” sign on your door. Please note that we ask guests to skip room service for no more than one day to maintain cleanliness.
What’s the process for requesting additional housekeeping?
If you need additional housekeeping services, please contact the front desk, and we will be happy to assist.
Who should guests contact in an emergency during their stay?
Always call 9-1-1 in an emergency. For non-emergency concerns, please visit the front desk for assistance.
What’s the process for after-hours emergencies?
For any life-threatening emergencies, dial 9-1-1 immediately. For urgent but non-emergency matters, please call our emergency number, which is posted on the front door of the office.
Are there any local emergency services (hospital, urgent care) you recommend?
For minor injuries, visit Urgent Care at 406 W Rio Grande Ave, Wildwood, NJ 08260, less than a five-minute drive away. Their phone number is 609-465-6364, and (at the time of this writing) their hours are 8:30 AM – 8 PM daily.
For more serious medical needs, Cooper University Hospital (609-463-2273) is at 2 Stone Harbor Blvd, Cape May Court House, NJ, about a 20-minute drive. It is open 24 hours a day.
Do you have staff trained in first aid/CPR on-site?
No, our hotel staff is not trained in CPR or first aid.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM.
Do you offer beach towels or chairs?
We do not. If you plan to take advantage of our magnificent beach and ocean, please bring your beach towels and chairs. Beach chairs should be hosed off by the exterior shower and stored in your vehicle each day.
Is parking available for guests?
Yes, we offer one free on-site parking spot for our guests. If you have multiple automobiles per room, you will need to find street parking or use a local pay-for parking lot.
Do you have a pool, and what are the hours?
Our heated pool is usually open daily from 10 AM to 8 PM. However, it is best to check with the front desk as the times are subject to change.
Do you provide lifeguards for the pool area?
For the safety of all our guests, please be aware that there is no lifeguard on duty. We encourage all guests to take responsibility for their own well-being while enjoying the pool and beach areas. Children under must be accompanied by a guardian at all times in the pool area.
Are pets allowed at the resort?
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at Crusader Beach Resort.
Do you provide cribs or rollaway beds?
Cribs and rollaway beds are available upon request. Please contact reception in advance to ensure availability.
Is there a fitness center at the resort?
We do not have a fitness center on-site, but there are nearby gyms and fitness centers. Our front desk can provide recommendations. Nearby options include:
How far is the boardwalk from the resort?
The Wildwood Boardwalk is within walking distance from our property or just a 3-minute drive, making it easy to enjoy all the attractions and entertainment!
